Handwoven Banarasi Katan Silk Kadwa Marigold Saree in Rani Pink

A rani pink katan silk saree handwoven in Varanasi over a fine self-striped ground, patterned with marigold-and-leaf butis in sona-rupa gold and silver zari. The pallu carries a row of bold marigold sprays above a zigzag zari band, the gold and silver blooms glowing against the vivid pink. Worked in kadwa, each buti is individually woven into the fabric for a clean, set-in finish. A rich, celebratory saree with the colour doing as much work as the weave.
