Terms of Service
Moodloom turns a mood, an occasion, or a feeling into a palette and a wearable edit of real pieces from independent labels. These terms set out the simple understanding between you and us when you use it.

Who we are
Moodloom is an AI styling and search experience operated by The Ingenuity Labs Inc. You can reach us any time at hello@theingenuity.co. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “Moodloom” mean the service and the people behind it; “you” means you, the person using it.
What Moodloom does
You describe a style in your own words. Moodloom reads that prompt, composes a color palette and a mood board, and gathers shoppable items from across the web that fit the vibe. It then restyles the results page so the whole edit feels like the mood you asked for. It is a discovery and inspiration tool, not a store.
- We do not sell the items you see. Every product links out to the independent label or retailer that actually sells it.
- Prices, availability, sizing, and product details belong to those retailers and can change without notice. Always confirm on their site before you buy.
- Palettes, mood boards, and edits are creative suggestions generated by AI. Treat them as a starting point, not a guarantee.
Using Moodloom
Moodloom is open to use without an account. To keep the experience fair and the lights on, there is a daily limit on how many searches a single visitor can run. Beyond that, the understanding is straightforward: use it as intended.
- Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or work around the search limit.
- Do not submit prompts that are unlawful, hateful, or designed to produce harmful or abusive content.
- Do not use Moodloom to build a competing dataset or to resell its output as your own.
- You should be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country, or have a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Your prompts and content
The words you type stay yours. By searching, you give us permission to process your prompt so we can generate a result, save that search so you can revisit or share it by link, and use anonymized, aggregated patterns to make Moodloom better. We do not claim ownership of your ideas, and we do not sell your prompts.
For the details on what we store and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Third-party labels and services
Moodloom stitches together several services to do its work, including AI models for creative direction and search providers that surface real products. When you follow a link to a retailer, you leave Moodloom and that retailer’s own terms and privacy practices take over. We are not responsible for their sites, their products, or the transactions you make with them.
Availability and changes
Moodloom is offered as it is, and as it happens to be available. We are a small team shipping quickly, so features may change, pause, or disappear, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We may update, limit, or discontinue any part of Moodloom without notice.
No warranties
Moodloom is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that results will be accurate, complete, in stock, or suited to any particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. Fashion is subjective; an AI’s read on your mood is a suggestion, not advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Moodloom and The Ingenuity Labs Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including a purchase you make from a linked retailer. Because Moodloom is free to use, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.
Changes to these terms
As Moodloom grows, these terms may evolve with it. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Moodloom after a change means you accept the updated terms.
