MERCES

‘Merces’ red sari is made through the joinery of textiles: sheer organza silk and plain silk, which allows for a better suited drape and fall. The organza has motifs that draw from those seen in Mughal architecture in dori kaam and sequins. The sari is paired here with the ' Majorda ' blouse. Blouse worn by the model is not included. Natural variations in colours and weave are part of the textile, as it is handwoven.
