It can be worn over any other dress/tshirts and can also be worn with any other bottoms  Fabric 100% handwoven cotton ikat. Care-  The ikkat fabrics are dyed using natural dyes and we don't use fixers. Colors may bleed. For first 2-3 times- Dryclean only. After that- handwash separately in cold water, mild liquid detergent and reverse the garment and airdry in shade.
