This kora tissue dupatta from the Watermark collection occupies a rare tonal register — not the bright flash of silver, not the flatness of grey, but something in between: a cool, muted pewter-silver that deepens to charcoal in shadow and lifts to a clean, reflective silver in direct light. The spider web brocade is woven into the base fabric itself — fine concentric web forms covering the full body as an all-over tonal jaal, part of the weave structure rather than a surface treatment. The pattern emerges and recedes as the fabric moves, visible as a quiet, intricate texture rather than a bold motif. Single layer, organza-weight, sheer at the edges.
