K2 Fleece Skull Cap - Sleeping

During my cold-weather treks & travel for 30 years. I insulated my entire body with layers sock & woolen socks, but struggled with my head cover as my regular beanies would come off during the night & I would feel cold suddenly.  Balaclavas would restrict breathing, especially in low oxygen zone.
