A sage green katan silk saree handwoven in Varanasi, the body kept clean with fine scattered butis and the pallu rising into a large tree buti worked in sona-rupa gold and silver zari. The two trees sit side by side, one gold and one silver, giving the muted green ground a quiet, sculptural focal point. Worked in kadwa, each motif is individually woven into the cloth rather than floated across it, so the design holds its crispness from every angle. The restraint here is deliberate — a saree that lets a single grand motif carry the whole. Suited to festive gatherings, day functions and intimate celebrations — pairs well with gold, polki or oxidised silver jewellery. Video of the Saree
